For unprinted golf balls please allow 10 working days.

Printed, Logo and Customised Golf Balls

When you place an order for customised golf balls you will recieve from us by email, an art proof for approval. This will need to be faxed to our printing office signed. Once we have your signed approval and payment we will process your order. You should allow 21 days to recieve your order from the time we receive your signed approval. In many cases you should receive them within 14 days but this depends on the time of year.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale order delivery times vary depending on the quantity required. We will let you know delivery time for your wholesale order when you receive your quote. As above you will recieve an art proof for approval before we process your order to ensure you are getting what you need.

Lost Orders

We are proud to be able to say that we have not had one lost order since we began in 2005. If your order does not arrive within the above periods please contact us with your order number and we will track it for you.
